Fall : Deep soil ploughing with a tractor.

Winter : From January to march, we pruine the vine in rising sap. Guyot pruning on Chardonnay and Royat cordon on Pinot Noir and Aligoté.

Spring : Disbudding (severe green pruning to avoid green harvest), trellising and light labor with a tractor (horse is used on vines in sharp slopes).

Summer : Tying down - To control grass growth we do surface ploughing.

All year long, biodynamical preparations are applied on the whole domain. So interventions are made of plants, rock powders and clay to withstand the vine against cryptogamic diseases (mildew, oidium). Since our installation, the presence of insects has not had negative effects on yield and so we didn't need to intervene.
